Болевой синдром при дегенеративно-дистрофических изменениях позвоночника

Аннотация

Хроническая боль в спине занимает первое место по инвалидизации. В подавляющем большинстве случаев не удается определить источник болевого синдрома, и такая боль классифицируется как неспецифическая боль в спине. Основой для формирования болевого синдрома при дегенеративно-дистрофических заболеваниях позвоночника могут быть различные структуры: межпозвонковый диск, суставы, связки, мышцы, что требует определения источника боли перед началом лечения. Кроме того, требуется определение вида боли: ноцицептивная или нейропатическая. Существует несколько подходов к лечению болевого синдрома: реабилитация, лекарственная терапия, интервенционные методы и оперативное лечение. В обзоре рассмотрены современные взгляды на возможные источники хронической боли в спине, медикаментозные и немедикаментозные методы ее лечения.
