Методы интервенционного лечения болевого синдрома при дегенеративно-дистрофических изменениях позвоночника

Аннотация

Боль в спине, обусловленная дегенеративно-дистрофическими изменениями позвоночника, является одной из самых частых причин обращения к врачу. Для лечения болевого синдрома обычно предлагается стандартное медикаментозное и физиотерапевтическое лечение. Иногда этого бывает недостаточно, и дополнительно могут применяться интервенционные методики. Основным принципом интервенционной терапии является введение лекарственных препаратов непосредственно в пораженную структуру позвоночно-двигательного сегмента. В статье рассмотрены основные интервенционные техники, показания для их применения и отличия друг от друга.
